Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Ventusmoda, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right. That is why we aim to make our return and exchange process as clear and easy as possible for our customers

1. Who Can Return and How

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at info@ventusmoda.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

2. Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. All original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be intact. Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition may be subject to a partial refund reflecting the item's reduced value.

3. Return Process and Shipping Costs

  • Returns must be sent via post
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error
  • Full instructions will be provided once your return request is approved

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges from customers. Follow the same process as a return. Once the original item is received and approved, you may place a new order for your preferred replacement.

If your exchange is due to a faulty product or fulfilment error, we will send the replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your account.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns. However, if returned items arrive used, incomplete, or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the item.

7. Failed Deliveries or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, refused delivery, or failure to collect it from a pick-up point, we may deduct the return shipping fee and any applicable re-delivery charges from your refund.

8. International Orders and Import Duties

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are being paid by Ventus Moda. 

9. Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at info@ventusmoda.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
